“Taijiquan 12-steps” was designed by May Tan. Movements are simple and easy to follow. It’s a wonderful tool for beginners to develop interest and buildup self-confidence.
This routine is suitable for senior citizens, children, teenagers and beginners. Once mastered, one could practice repeatedly 3 to 6 times, taking approximately 6 to 12 minutes for each practice. The therapeutic effects are marvelous once practiced together with “Fun Taiji Qigong”.
