“Taijiquan 12-steps” was designed by May Tan. Movements are simple and easy to follow. It’s a wonderful tool for beginners to develop interest and buildup self-confidence.
This routine is suitable for senior citizens, children, teenagers and beginners. Once mastered, one could practice repeatedly 3 to 6 times, taking approximately 6 to 12 minutes for each practice. The therapeutic effects are marvelous once practiced together with “Fun Taiji Qigong”.

简易杨式十二式太极拳由陈美郿编。动作简单直接,易记,易学,易练,容易引起学习者的兴趣和信心的建立。
此套路非常适合年长者,儿童,青少年和初学者。纯熟后,每次练习可以重复三至六次,演练时间约六至十二分钟,如果能配合本集的太极功一起练习,效果更显著。
