24式心意混元太极是由北京陈式太极第十八代传人冯志强师傅所创。他结合了传统太极拳和内功心法的要领,由简到繁,来达到修身养性的目的。这套拳法可使练习者精神放松,通体舒泰。许多练了此拳的人都说她让人更容易感觉到内气,更快增长内功和增强内劲。此拳非常适合初学者和各年龄层人士。

The 24 steps Xingyi Hunyuan Tai-Chi Quan was created by Master Feng Zhiqiang of Beijing, number 18th generation of Chen-style taijiquan. This set of movements is based on some of the essential aspects of traditional taijiquan, incorporating some movements from the tradition of internal yoga. It progresses from the simple to the more difficult, combining both physical exercise and nourishment of the qi. This set has a number of high points that make it interesting and enjoyable to practice. After the practice, one's mind feels relaxed and free of worries; and one's whole body feels comfortable and full of life. Practitioners of all say that this set makes it easy to arouse the inner qi, nourish inner power, and strengthen one's inner practice. The routine was formed specially for beginners and for people of all ages. It is easy to learn and master.
