This set of routine incorporates movements drawn from the Sun, Wu, Chen, and Yang traditional Tai-chi Quan. For this reason, it is very rich in content and distinctive in style. The movements are standardized and intricately woven together to form an organically integrated overall arrangement. The level of difficulty is relatively high, providing a very complete type of bodily training.

此套路在1988年由中国武协所编制。它是中国教练员和太极拳名家的心血 结晶。此套路吸收了孙`吴`陈,杨式传统太极拳套路的精华,内容充实, 风格突出,动作规范,结构严谨,布局合理,难度较大,因此能够较全面 的锻练身体。 自1990年开始正式列入亚洲运动会的比赛项目之一。
