Hunyuan
Taijiquan embodies the theory of Taiji Yin and Yang, and includes
both internal and external cultivation. It is a system in which
mind-intent leads the qi, and in which all movements in the body
follows a spiral pattern. After long practice, one can cultivate a
pellet-like concentration of powerful Huanquan qi that can be moved
freely throughout the body. Eventually, a dedicated practitioner can
reach the ultimate state of cultivation.
